I have been here multiple times in the past few years with my friends, this is my favorite go to spot for hot pot! The service is always nice and there’s always a fresh selection. They are always adding something new too! They have added sushi and desserts and I’m loving it! Will keep coming back!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the experience was very good. One of the coolest parts was the conveyor belt system carrying all the hot pot ingredients in little refrigerated compartments, along with a train delivering the meats and cooked foods to our table. It was fun and unique. The service was great, and the restaurant was very clean. Besides hot pot, they also offer sushi and a variety of cooked foods on the menu, which gave us plenty of options to choose from. The biggest surprise was their weekday dinner promotion for $28.99, which is honestly a great deal. It included unlimited sushi, unlimited meats and hot pot sides, fried chicken, Takoyaki, short ribs, skewers, and more. I honestly don’t think we even tried everything on the menu. One of our friends is Muslim, and she was able to order halal hot pot meats separately, which was very thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience for the price we paid. We will definitely come back again!

Great place to satisfy a hot pot craving. Have been going here for years and while their veggie selection could be greater and maybe even fresher, (as most places have their veggies on ice) they consistently are improving their menu which I appreciate. Just recently they’ve added sushi rolls to their AYCE which was a pleasant surprise. Will be back.

Our family LOVES Chiba hot pot! This is my boys favorite restaurant. They love the choo choo train and getting the food from the window. Everything is fresh and clean. I thought today was especially good! What a fun way to eat out with family to change it up. The desserts were yummy too! 10/10 recommend! Great service also!
